药用石斛研究进展

摘　　要：石斛(Dendrobium)是中国传统的珍贵中药材,有滋阴清热,健胃,增强机体免疫力,抑制肿瘤等功效。药用石斛来源较广,化学成分复杂,具有很高的药用价值。随着中药石斛市场需求的扩大和资源的急剧减少,使其成为濒危植物。从药用石斛的化学成分、药理学作用、基因水平研究等方面进行了论述,旨在为药用石斛野生资源的合理保护和可持续利用提供理论依据。Dendrobium is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine with nourishing yin and clearing away unhealthy heat, ben- efiting the stomach, promoting the production of body fluid,resisting cancer and other effects. The sources of medicinal Den- drobium are broad,the chemical compositions are complex and it has high medicinal value. With the increase of the demand for this traditional Chinese medicine, the resources declined sharply,which made it to be an endangered species. The chemi- cal composition,pharmacological effects and aspects of genetic research were discussed in order to provide a theoretical basis for reasonable protection and sustainable utilization of medicinal Dendrobium.
