摘　　要：介绍了中国加工辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)在杂种优势、雄性不育和生物技术育种方面的研究现状,指出了中国加工辣椒育种中存在加工辣椒资源及品种匮乏、与国外育种公司差距大等问题,提出了加强加工辣椒资源收集与创新、选育加工辣椒专用品种、提高中国加工辣椒育种水平及品种市场竞争力的发展思路。Research status has been introduced for the breeding of processing pepper in different fields of heterosis, cytoplas- mic male sterility and biotechnology breeding. Results showed that many problems existed in the limitation of germplasm re- sources and varieties of processing pepper, breeding technology of processing pepper in China lagged behind the foreign com- panies. Some suggestions were proposed on strengthening innovation and collection of germplasm resources, breeding process- ing pepper varieties, enhancing breeding level of processing pepper and its market competitiveness.
