摘　　要：目的：对单纯足拇甲瓣在手指缺损修复方法的改进。方法：总结双足拇甲瓣在手部创伤中临床应用5例。结果：5例全部存活，对供区的功能影响很小。结论：组合拇甲瓣在手部创伤应用过程中，皮瓣设计在整个手术过程中起着至关重要的作用。Objective： Simple enough for a flap in the thumb and finger defects Improvement.
