基于PLC的皮带压料跳闸技术改造

摘　　要：针对鑫泰矿业公司选矿厂碎矿系统1#皮带机生产运行中频繁出现打滑、跳闸和突发停电、工艺联锁急停时,致使1#皮带机在重负荷下无法启动以及物料严重堆积的工况,结合自动化控制平台,在原有软启动器、PLC硬件和软件的基础上,进行了碎矿系统技术改造。详细介绍了破碎过程存在问题和分析及改造过程。技术改造取得了较好的应用效果,不仅提高了设备运转率,还提高了作业效率和安全性。The frequently occurring problems such as slipping, flashovers and unexpected power outage, andchained process failure in the operation of No. 1 belt conveyor of the crashing system in the ore-dressing plant of XintaiMining Company make the No. 1 belt conveyor unable to commence under heavy workload and the material over-accu-mulated. The paper based on automated control platform, with the help of the existing soft starter and PLC hardwareand software, carried out technical renovation of the crashing system. The paper describes in detail the problems of thecrashingsystem and their analyses, and the technical process. The renovation achieves satisfactory results, improvingnot only the operation rate of equipment but also the efficiency and safety.
