摘 要:利用650 nm激光结构光发射器与CM0S光电传感器结合获取焊道图像信息,应用数字图像处理技术提取纵向偏差、横向偏差、错边量和对口间隙信息,激光结构光焊道跟踪系统跟据纵向偏差、横向偏差实时调整焊炬位置,保证激光焊点准确对中。能量控制系统依据错边量和对口间隙信息实时调节激光输出功率,提高了管道激光/电弧复合焊对错边量和对口间隙的适应范围,为其工程应用打下了技术基础。650 nm structure laser emission device and CMOS photoelectric sensor were used to acquire the digital image of the weld seam.The information of the longitudinal/ lateral deviation,the misalign and the gap of the weld seam were obtained by processing the digital image of weld seam.Structure laser seam tracking system adjusts the focus of the laser in the right position of the weld seam according to the weld seam information in real time.Laser/arc energy control system can control the laser power according to the misalign and the gap of groove.The adaptability of laser/arc hybrid welding system to the misalign and the gap of the weld seam are improved.
