摘　　要：根据自保护药芯焊丝堆焊大面积耐磨复层钢板特点,研制了生产该自保护药芯焊丝的加工装备及耐磨复层钢板的堆焊装备,进行了焊丝合金体系、渣系及堆焊工艺的研究,生产出适应多种磨粒磨损工况条件的系列自保护药芯焊丝,实现了高效、优质的自保护药芯焊丝堆焊大面积耐磨复层钢板的成套制造技术,并广泛用于冶金、矿山、水泥机械的修复与制造领域,取得了可观的经济与社会效益。According to the characteristics of large area wear-resistant clad steel plate produced by hardfacing with self-shielded fluxcored wire,the equipment to produce the self- shielded flux- cored wire and harfacing equipment to produce the wear- resistant clad steel plate were developed.The welding wire alloy system,slag system and harfacing process were studied,series of self- shielded flux-cored wire were produced for various abrasive wear working condition.Sets of manufacturing technology of large area multi- layer wear- resistant clad steel plate by hardfacing with self- shielded flux- cored wire were developed.This technology has been widely used in metallurgy,mining,repairing of cement machinery and manufacturing field,and achieved considerable economic and social benefits.
