摘 要:针对中国固态增殖剂试验包层模块(IBM)的结构材料CLF-1低活化铁素体/马氏体钢开展了真空电子束焊接试验,对焊接过程中形成的驼峰状焊瘤、空洞、焊缝气孔、裂纹等缺陷进行了成因分析,同时提出了控制措施,采用了表面聚焦小参数打底焊接、电子柬圆波扫描下聚焦深熔焊接以及散焦修饰盖面焊接的方法对焊接工艺进行调整。结果表明,在调整了焊接工艺后,上述缺陷得到了很好的控制,焊接接头的力学性能满足要求,焊缝的金相组织中未出现有害相。Reduced activation ferritic/martensitic steel(CLF- 1) for test blanket module(TBM) of China were butt- welded by electron beam welding.The welding defects in welded joint such as humping bead,porosity and cracks were analyzed,which were controlled well by the optimized process.The backing welding was carried out with low heat input by focusing on the surface firstly,then the deep penetration fusion was done with circular wave scanning by focusing below the surface,and the covering welding was finished by defocusing finally.The results showed that welding defects can be eliminated after process adjustment.The mechanical properties of welded joints are equivalent to that of the base metal,and there are no harmful phases in joint.
