摘　　要：如何使受教育者与教育者之间构建良好的互动关系,达到教育和引导的良性循环,笔者结合实际工作,提出了柔性管理与传统教育理念相融合,应用于在高校教学、学生管理、校园文化实践过程,切实加强和增进大学生网络思想政治教育的实效性。Concerning the problem of how to establish a good interactive relationship between educators and the educated so as to achieve a positive circle between education and guidance, the paper proposes the combination of flexible management and the traditional educational concept. We can apply this method to the process of college teaching, students management and university culture to enhance the effectiveness of internet ideological and political education work.
