摘　　要：南满洲铁道株式会社在日本实施"满蒙政策",侵略中国东北,夺取内蒙古政治、经济、军事诸多权益过程中充扮演了急先锋和主力之一的角色。笔者利用满铁档案内蒙古相关史料的基础上,采用个案揭示的形式,阐述满铁在日本侵略内蒙古,殖民统治内蒙古过程中的侵略政策的主张者、决策者、执行者的角色定位。South Manchuria Railway Company plays a pioneering and critical role in Japanese ManMongolian policy, invasion of the northeast of China, and the capture of political, economic and military benefits in Inner Mongolia. Based on the historic document of South Manchuria Railway Company about Inner Mongolia, the paper adopts the form of case study to illustrate the role orientation of the supporter, decision maker and executor of the invasion policy in Japanese invasion and colonization of Inner Mongolia in Manchuria Railway Company.
