摘　　要：小城镇建设是县域经济的有效载体,是县域经济快速发展的基础也是重要引擎。内蒙古在小城镇建设推动县域经济发展过程中,城镇建设出现了新的特点,但也存在诸多问题。因此要培育壮大城镇支柱产业,建立城乡统一劳动力市场;挖掘城镇潜力,培育城镇特色,增强城镇集聚能力;鼓励小城镇联合发展,提升县域经济实力;发展多样化的城镇化模式;充分考虑产业支撑和资源环境承载能力,适度控制城镇规模。Small town construction is an effective vehicle for the county economy. Small towns in Inner Mongolia are not only the basis for the rapid development of county economy, but also an important engine. In the process of small town promoting the county＇s economic development, urban construction emergenees new features, but there are many problems.Therefore, we should foster the growth of pillar industries and establish a unified labor market; dig town＇s potential and cultivate town＇s characteristics to enhance the ability of urban agglomeration; encourage the ioint development of small towns to enhance economic strength of the county; develop diverse patterns of urbanization; fully consider the environmental and industry carrying capacity, to control the size of the town appropriately.
