摘　　要：IEEE Std 1708-2014突破了传统袖带式血压测量仪标准,建立了可穿戴无袖带血压测量仪的规范性定义及其客观性能评估方法。该文首先介绍新标准的出台背景;然后描述新标准的具体内容,并基于其特点阐述无袖带血压仪及其移动医疗应用给制造商和用户带来的影响。IEEE Std 1708-2014 breaks through the traditional standards of cuff based blood pressure measuring devices and establishes a normative definition of wearable cuffless blood pressure measuring devices and the objective performance evaluation of this kind of devices. This study firstly introduces the background of the new standard. Then, the standard details wil be described, and the impact of cuffless blood pressure measuring devices with the new standard on manufacturers and end users wil be addressed.
