摘　　要：2014年以来,面对钢铁市场严峻形势,公司加大力度推行低成本战略。为此,炼铁厂采取使用自产精矿、降低入炉品位、提高烟煤配比等降成本措施。为保证入炉品位下降后炉况稳定顺行,高炉对喷煤比进行适当控制,对焦炭负荷做相应调整,取得了较好的效果。Since 2014, facing grim situation of iron and steel market, the company efforts to implement low cost strategy. The iron making plant adopted home-grown and reduced the concentrate grade for the furnace, improved batehing of bituminous coal ratio and other cost reduction measures. In order to ensure stable after the feed grade decline of the furnace blast furnace, pulverized coal injection ratio was appropriately controlled, proper adjustment of coke load was made, and good results has been achieved.
