摘　　要：随着我国出版体制改革的不断深入和现代网络技术的飞速发展,学术期刊迫切需要转型升级。阐述了现代网络技术给学术期刊带来的机遇和挑战,包括网络提高了学术期刊的时效性和阅读性,扩大了学术期刊的受众面,有利于编辑部实施科学化管理,使学术成果更易于保存和检索。并提出了提高学术期刊的竞争力、学术期刊创建网站、转变编辑的工作理念这三大学术期刊网络化发展策略。传统的学术期刊通过实施网络化,能使其广泛传播,并发挥出更大的社会价值。With the deepening of China＇s publishing system reform and the rapid development of modem network technology, academic journals are now in an urgent need of transformation and upgrading. This paper expounds opportunities and challenges faced by academic journals brought by modem network technology from four aspects, including the improvement of reading effectiveness of academic journals, the increasing of audiences of academic journals, easy preservation and easy retrieval of academic achievements. It also puts forwards three development strategies of networked academic journals, including enhancing competitiveness of academic journals, creating academic journal websites and strengthening editors＇ awareness of network. Through network, traditional academic journals can be spread widely and better achieve their social values.
