社会热点事件中的权利话语把握及危机应对

摘　　要：当今社会是一个权利观念日渐普及、权利话语日趋盛行、民众权利意识日趋提高的权利时代。在这一权利的时代里,社会热点事件中往往充满了权利话语结构和力量。如何正确看待权利话语在社会热点事件形成中的作用力,以及如何引导权利话语来完成社会热点事件的公共治理,已是当务之急。本文通过对"权利话语"在社会热点事件中受关注的原因分析、权利话语对热点事件的传播过程中的放大效应,以及如何应对权利话语这几个方面对权利话语这一论题进行分析。In current society, the concept of right and discourse of right have become more and more popular. The right awareness of the public has gradually improved. In such a society, the hot spots are filled with the structure and power of discourse of right. It has been urgent affairs as to how to treat correctly the function of discourse of right in social hot spots and to channel it into the public governance of social hot spots. So this paper analyses the discourse of right from the following aspects： analysis of causes of it in social hot spots, the amplification effect of it in the formation and spread of social hot spots and how to deal with it.
