摘　　要：当前我国物流企业对资源的利用率低,很难做到资源的充分利用,造成资源严重浪费,增加了企业的经营成本,特别是不断涌现的中小型物流企业。文中在此基础上分析了中小型企业的发展现状并讨论了企业对资源整合的途径。Nowadays,Chinese logistics enterprise have low utilization ratio of resource and hard to make full use of them.This cause the severe waste of resource, it＇s hard to do make full use of resources, increase enterprise＇s management cost, especially for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises that have sprung up.On the basis,this paper analysis development of present situation in small and medium-sized enterprise and discusses the way of resources integration.
