摘　　要：当前我国物流金融的盈利模式及风险管理存在很多不合理之处,有待于进一步的完善。文中首先概述了相关概念,分析了我国物流金融的发展现状,研究了物流金融业务风险管理,进而提出了物流金融盈利模式的创新。profit model and risk management of logistics finance the Current many unreasonable, be further improved.
