摘  要:为节约某型火炮的试验成本,降低风险,需要设计火炮空投试验平台,进行模拟空投试验。首先,基于空投试验平台功能组成分析,利用Solid Work软件设计了空投火炮试验平台的各部分结构;然后根据其结构特性,对其强度进行了初步校核;最后,以某型自行火炮为研究对象,利用ADAMS软件建立其简化虚拟样机,对三种典型着陆工况进行了空投着陆仿真计算。结果表明,该试验平台可以实现火炮着陆工况的模拟,能够基本满足空投定型试验的需求。To reduce the airdrop test cost and risk for a self-propelled gun, the airdrop test platform is designed for simulation airdrop test. Firstly, based on the analysis for the function of the airdrop test platform, the structural design of the platform was made with the CAD software SolidWork. Secondly, according to its function characteristic, the strength anslysis was made. Finally, to simulate the airdrop test, the reduced virtual prototyping of a self-propelled gun was built with simulation software ADAMS, and the three typical airdrop landing process were simualted. The analysis shows that the test platform can realize the gun airdrop landing process simulation, which is satisfied with the requirement of the airdrop evaluation test.
