摘　　要：越来越多的国内高技术企业通过建立跨国技术战略联盟的方式进行技术创新与合作。本文通过量表设计、问卷调查并收集国内325家建立了跨国技术战略联盟的高技术企业有效研究样本,对提出的研究假设和理论框架进行实证分析,研究发现:第一,我国高技术企业在建立跨国技术战略联盟过程中,高效合作机制的建立和具备一定的战略动机来安排联盟过程尤为重要;第二,有效的战略联盟动机可以正向调节跨国技术战略联盟合作机制和联盟稳定的关系;第三,在控制变量的检验过程中,越是市场化的企业、联盟合作时间越长,联盟的制度越稳定和成熟。高技术企业与合作联盟成员的文化距离和差异越大,联盟越不稳定。高技术企业具备一定的国际化经验可以提升跨国技术联盟合作中的质量。跨国合作技术战略联盟的企业之间具有一定的战略资源互补性,可以提高联盟的稳定性。More and more high - tech firms in China through the establishment of cross - national technologic strategic alliance＇to carry out technological innovation and cooperation. This paper through the scale design, questionnaire investigation of 325 domestic high - tech firms established the research sample of cross - national technologic strategic alliance to do empirical analysis, research hypothesis and theoretical framework. The study found ： first, in the process of establishing cross - national technologic strategic alliance in high - tech firms in China, establishing the strategic motivation is particularly important to arrange alliance cooperation mechanism and effi- cient ; second, effective strategic alliance motivation can positively regulate the relationship between cross - national technologic strate- gic alliances＇cooperation mechanism and the stability of strategic alliance; third, in the process of control variables inspection, the more marketization of strategic alliance, alliance system is more and more long, alliances are more stable and mature. The greater cul- tural distance and the difference between the high - tech firms and the members of alliance, alliances are more unstable. High - tech firms with a certain international experience can improve the quality of cross - national technologic strategic alliance. The strategic re- sources are complementary and can improve the stability of alliance.
