美国图书馆界应对卡特里娜飓风灾害的启示

摘　　要：卡特里娜飓风给美国图书馆造成严重破坏,在图书馆界的共同努力下,灾区图书馆迅速采取应对措施,开展抗灾救灾工作,积极履行服务灾区职责。美国图书馆界应对卡特里娜飓风灾害的举措对我国图书馆应对台风灾害有一定的启示:制定台风灾害应急管理预案,完善文献灾难保护机制,做好数据远程灾备工作,建立台风灾害援助体系,坚持为灾区服务理念。Hurricane Katrina caused serious damage to American libraries. Through the joint efforts, libraries in the disaster -stricken areas quickly adopted countermeasures and carried out relief and rescue work and fulfilled service duty. Their measures have enlightenment on our libraries＇response to typhoon, that is, making emergent management preparations for typhoon, perfecting document protection from disaster, doing data distance disaster prevention, building typhoon aid system and insisting on the concept of service for the disaster - stricken areas.
