摘 要:目的分析呼吸道分离鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性之间的关系。方法采用K-B法测定鲍曼不动杆菌对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,用改良微量板法检测菌株生物被膜形成时间及能力。结果呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌耐药形势严峻。53.93%的鲍曼不动杆菌可形成生物被膜,生物被膜形成阴性株对多数抗生素的耐药率高于生物被膜形成阳性株。结论呼吸道分离的鲍曼不动杆菌生物被膜形成能力与耐药性呈负相关。Objective To examine the correlation between antibiotic resistance and biofilm formation ability among Acinetobacter baumannii separated from respiratory tract.Methods The K-B method was applied to test drug sensitivi-ty of all strains.The crystal-violet staining method was applied to estimate the biofilm formation process and ability.Re-sults The A.baumannii strains isolated from respiratory tract were highly resistant.Marjory of A.baumannii strains formed biofilm in vitr0.Non-biofilm-forming strains were more frequently resistant to some antibiotics than their bio-film-forming counterparts.Conclusion A.baumannii respiratory isolates had a inverse correlation between antibiotic resistance and the biofilms formation capability.
