摘　　要：以陕西省宝鸡市扶风县为例,利用距离函数法评价了扶风县可持续发展能力,并提出了扶风县生态功能区划方案,为指导扶风县生态产业的发展格局、空间管制、城镇建设、人口布局提供了强有力的理论支撑。Taking Fufeng County in Baoji of Shannxi province as the example, the paper adopts the distance function method to evaluate the sus- tainable development capacity of Fufeng County, points out the ecological functional regionalization scheme of Fufeng County, and provides the theoretic support for the development patterns, spatial regulation, urban construction and population allocation of the ecological industry of the county.
