摘　　要：对美国建筑师史蒂芬·霍尔在中国青岛赢得竞标的青岛文化艺术中心进行了分析,对其作品在建筑的诞生、功能划分、材料、光的形式以及中国元素的应用等方面进行了详细的研究,为现代建筑的创作提供了新思路。The paper analyzes Qingdao culture and arts center of American architecture Stephen Hall who wins Chinese Qingdao bidding, and studies his building works birth, functional division, materials, lights forms and Chinese elements application and so on, which has provided some new concept for modern architectural creation.
