摘　　要：根据茂县3幢底部两层框架—抗震墙砌体房屋震害情况,总结出"上柔下刚"型底框房屋的震害特点,指出该类房屋底层框架部分抗震墙设置数量并非越多越好、刚度并非越大越好,在实际应用中应遵循GB 50011—2010建筑抗震设计规范的相关规定。According to the earthquake damages at three masonry buildings with bottom double-framed anti-seismic walls of Maoxian County, the paper sums up the seismic features of the bottom-framed houses with upper flexible and lower rigid structures, and points out tile allocated number of the bottome-frame anti-seismic walls of houses and their rigidness should be controlled reasonably, so it should adhere to the related GB 50011--2010 Regulation for Architectural Anti-seismic Design in practice.
