摘　　要：以云南溪洛渡水电站为例,论述了以实时采集和处理海量空间数据、能进行空间信息和智能决策为特征的智慧地球内涵,探讨了智慧测绘在工程控制网布设、地形测量和水利施工放样、变形观测和测绘信息系统等方面的应用情况,最后提出了智慧地球时代水利工程测量的发展方向。Taking Yunnan Xiluodu hydropower station as an example, the paper discusses contents of smarter planet, such as timely collection, processing massive spatial data, spatial information and intelligent decision, explores the application conditions of smarter mapping in engineering controlling network setting, morphology measurement, hydraulic construction sampling, deformation detection and mapping information system and so on, and finally puts forward the development trend of hydranlic engineering measurement in smarter planet times.
