摘　　要：随着公租房建设规模的不断扩大,政府提供主要资金的开发模式难以维持,为了选择最适合的融资模式,构建了公租房融资模式综合评价指标体系,提出熵权模糊综合评价法对不同融资模式的实施效果进行定量化计算,为合理选择融资模式提供参考。With the development of the public housing construction, the development mode that governments provide the most of capital is difficult to maintain. To select the most appropriate financing model, this paper builds the comprehensive evaluation system and adopts entropy-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the effect of different financing models, this method provides references for the choosing financing models.
