摘　　要：针对少数民族地区多元文化馆员的现状和存在的问题,从加强多元文化能力的培养、利用多种形式吸引人员从事多元文化服务和充分发挥图书馆学会或协会的作用三方面提出了培养图书馆多元文化馆员的建议。Multicultural librarians in ethnic minority areas provide service for minority readers, and shall have the capabilities of macro - view, meso - view and micro view. To solve the following porblems ： the existence of not ideal recruitment, the lack of multicultural capabilities and the loss of multicuhural librarians, this paper puts forward three suggestions which include strengthening the training of muhicultural competence, attracting personnel engaged in muhicultural services and playing the role of library association.
