摘　　要：应急决策是突发事件应急管理的核心,离不开情报的支持。文章从3个方面对国内外文献作回顾与梳理:突发事件应急管理研究、突发事件应急决策研究、突发事件应急决策情报研究,以揭示现有研究现状。最后总结现有研究的不足并展望未来研究方向。Emergency decision is the core of emergency management, and can＇t be separated from the support of intelligence. This article reviews domestic and foreign literature and analyzes the research progress from three aspects： the research of emergency management, emergency decision and emergency decision- making intelligence, to reveal the status of existing research. At last, the shortcomings of the existing researches and the futm＇e research directions are summarized.
