摘 要:石灰石粉被广泛应用到水泥混凝土中,其在水泥体系中是否能产生活性效果仍存在争议。本文通过掺入30%石灰石粉与不掺石灰石粉组进行对比试验,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)以及X射线衍射分析(XRD)进行微观分析,结果表明:石灰石粉能够加速水泥中C3S的水化,以及能够与C3A反应生成水化碳铝酸钙,并且会阻止钙矾石向单硫型水化硫铝酸钙的转变。Nowadays limestone power is applied widely to cement and concrete, but there is still a debate about the active reaction in hydration products produced by limestone power. Experimental investigation about this effect was conducted through comparison tests, the first group adding 30% limestone powder and the second group without limestone powder. Analysis about the products' microstructure was realized based on The Standard Electronic Modules (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Investigation results showed that through adding limestone power, the hydration reaction of C3S is accelerated and calcium carboaluminate hydrate is formed from C3A. Besides, the existence of limestone power could prevent the transformation of ettringite to mono-sulphuralnminate calcium hydrate.
