摘 要:本文采用两种化学氧化法制备氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide GO),在偏光显微镜下GO A有液晶性为各向异性相,GO B无液晶性呈现各向同性相。正交偏光片下GO A有光学变化而GO B没有光学变化。借助X射线衍射和拉曼光谱比较两种GO的结构,利用傅里叶红外光谱比较GO的表面官能团,利用旋转流变仪比较GO的流变性能,在扫描电镜下比较GO的形貌。研究结果表明,有液晶性的GO A质量更优异。Two chemical oxidation methods were used to synthesize graphene oxide (GO). An anisotropic phase with liquid crystalline characteristics in GO A and an isotropic phase without liquid crystals in GO B were found under polarizing microscope. GO A showed an obvious optical change between crossed polarizers, but GO B did not. Structures of GO A and GO B were examined using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) was used to compare the oxygen containing function groups of GO A and GO B. Rheological properties were tested by rotary rheometer And morphologies of these samples were also observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Experimental results show the GO A has much larger interlayer spacing, more incomplete structure, more rich hydrophilic groups, smaller thickness and greater viscosity. Liquid crystalline of GO provides a simple way to judge the quality of GO which is prepared hy the chemical oxidation method.
