摘 要:以单丝电阻强度、表面电荷量、沉降时间和浊度值等作为评价方法,综合分析脂肪醇醚磷酸酯盐(MLBH)对碳纤维在油性基体中分散性能的影响;并以扫描隧道显微镜(STM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对浸丝前后碳纤维表面形貌结构与化学组成进行表征。结果表明:使用MLBH对碳纤维表面进行涂覆处理能有效改善碳纤维在油性基体中的分散效果;其最佳浸丝浓度为0.3%;在最佳浓度分散液浸丝后,碳纤维分散效果最好,浊度值最大,沉降时间最长,其最大值分别为1.081NTU及28min,单丝电阻强度与表面电荷量分别为23.7KΩ及0.32μC。Influence of fatty alcohol ether phosphate salt on the dispersion property of carbon fiber in oil material was investigated by the resistance strength monofilament, surface charges, the settling time and the turbidity, et al. The surface morphologic structure and chemical composition of carbon fiber before and after leaching silk were characterized by scanning tunneling microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was found that fatty alcohol ether phosphate salt can improve the dispersion of carbon fiber in oil material significantly and the optimum leaching silk concentration of fatty alcohol ether phosphate salt is 0.3 %. Dispersants would spread over on the carbon fiber surface evenly with the maximum turbidity value of 1. 081NTU and the longest settlement time of 28min, respectively. The resistance of monofilament and the surface charges is 23.7KΩ and 0. 32μC, respectively.
