摘  要:在玻化微珠保温砂浆的导热系数和抗压强度满足国家相关标准的基础上,本文系统研究了不同组分种类及掺量下,砂浆干燥收缩的变化规律。结果表明,玻化微珠掺量是影响砂浆干燥收缩的重要因素,粉煤灰和硅灰对砂浆的抗干燥收缩性并无积极作用。纤维素醚和乳胶粉可以大幅降低砂浆的干燥收缩率,而纤维则基本无影响,加入引气剂后砂浆的抗干燥收缩能力急剧下降。此外,综合考虑不同试样的和易性,给出了砂浆组成使用量的合理值。On the basis that the thermal conductivity and compressive strength of glazed hollow bead thermal insulation mortar have been satisfied with the relevant national standards, variation rules of drying shrinkage of the mortar were systematically studied by changing types of components and their contents in this article. The results show that the volume of glazed hollow beads is an important factor affecting the drying shrinkage, and both fly ash and silica fume have no positive contribution to the anti drying shrinkage performance of the mortar. Cellulose ethers and latex powders can greatly reduce the drying shrinkage, but the fibers almost have no effect, a sharp decrease of anti drying shrinkage performance appeared after adding air-entraining agent. In addition, appropriate compositions have been proposed with comprehensive consideration on the workability of different samples.
