摘 要:针对厚大矿床阶段嗣后充填采矿设计采用单一和确定的采场结构型式和参数的局限性,提出采场逐段优化设计方法。以河北省滦县司家营铁矿南区为工程背景,综合考虑安全生产和矿岩稳固条件存在的差异性,选择与之相适应的间隔式、对角式和点柱式的采场结构类型;从首采阶段开始,按照阶段开采顺序,以盘区采矿成本为优化目标,采场安全系数、地表岩移和矿石损失率为约束条件,借助FLAC3D三维数值模拟分析软件逐段建立阶段嗣后充填采场设计的优化模型,获得各个阶段的采场结构型式和优化参数。通过对最优方案的数值分析,研究和评价分段采矿设计地表岩移、围岩应力和采场稳定性。研究结果表明:逐段优化设计是实现厚大贫矿床安全高效开采的关键技术,对矿床生产具有一定的指导意义。Segmented optimal design method was introduced to address the limitations of heavy deposit stage backfilling design used a single, determinate the type and parameters of stope structure. Taking the south of Sijiaying Iron Mine in Luanxian of Hebei province as engineering backgrounds, the differences between production conditions and rock solid were taken into account, and the corresponding interval-type, diagonal and point-pillar of stope structure types were selected. Stage production order was used from the first stage. Taking mining costs as the optimization goal, security coefficient of stope, ground movement and ore loss rate as the constraint conditions, patterns and stope structure optimization parameters of all stages and stage backfill mining design optimization model of stop were gained by the three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis software FLAC3D. Research and evaluation of ground movement, stress and surrounding rock in mining design of stope stability were studied by the numerical analysis of best practices. The results show that the segmented optimal design is the key to achieving safety and high efficiency mining in thick and large poverty deposit technology, which has certain implications for the future.
