推拿治疗心脾两虚型颈性失眠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察不同理论指导的推拿疗法治疗心脾两虚型颈性失眠的临床疗效。方法:124例心脾两虚型颈性失眠患者随机分为推拿Ⅰ组(40例)、推拿Ⅱ组(42例)和推拿Ⅲ组(42例),分别进行推拿治疗,记录治疗后PSQI评分改变情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后3组PSQI评分均较治疗前有所下降(P<0.05),且推拿Ⅱ组PSQI评分较推拿Ⅰ组平均值低(P<0.05),推拿Ⅲ组PSQI评分较推拿Ⅰ组及推拿Ⅱ组平均值均低(P<0.05)。3组之间总有效率及痊愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。推拿Ⅰ组愈显率为42.5%,推拿Ⅱ组47.6%,推拿Ⅲ组69.1%,3组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿是治疗心脾两虚型颈性失眠的有效方法,且综合理论指导的推拿方法疗效优于单一理论指导的推拿方法。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Massage therapy on heart-spleen deficiency cervical insomnia, based on different theoretical guidance. Methods; The 124 patients with heart-spleen deficiency cervical insomnia were randomly assigned to Massage group 1 （n=40）, Massage group 2 （n=42） and Massage group 3 （n=42）, and the patients were treated by massage in three groups respectively. The changes of sleep scores （PSQI） were recorded after the treatment and the data was analyzed statistically. Results： After treatment, the sleep scores（PSQI） were decreased in three groups, after treatment （P〈0.05）; and the Massage group 2 showed lower PSQI than Massage group 1 （P〈0.05）; the Massage group 3 showed lower PSQI than Massage group 1 and Massage group2 （P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the total efficiency and the cure rate among the 3 groups （/9〉0.05）; the cure and excellence rate was 42.5% in Massage group 1, 47.6% in Massage group 2, and 69. 1% in Massage group 3, and there were significant differences among the 3 groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Massage therapy is effective to heart-spleen deficiency cervical insomnia, and the clinical curative effect of massage therapy based on comprehensive theory is better than that of massage therapy based on simple theory.
