摘  要:目的优选菝葜的最佳提取工艺。方法以总黄酮和总皂苷提取率为评价指标,采用正交试验法考察乙醇百分数、料液比、提取时间和提取温度4因素对总黄酮和总皂苷提取率的影响,优选菝葜的超声提取工艺。结果最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1:20,提取时间40 min,提取温度30℃。结论该工艺简单可行,成本低廉,安全可靠,可用于菝葜制剂工业化生产。Objective To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of flavonoids and saponins from Srnilacis chinae rhizoma. Methods With the extraction rate of total flavonoids and total saponins as the investigation index, the effects of ethanol percentage, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction rate were evaluated by orthogonal design, and the best extraction conditions were optimized. Results The best ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were ethanol percentage of 70 %, solid-liquid ratio of 1:20, extraction time of40 min and extraction temperature of 30 ℃. Conclusion The process is simple and feasible, low-cost, safe and reliable, and can be used for the industrial production of preparations ofSmilacis chinae rhizoma.
