摘 要:目的优选女贞子的最佳纯化工艺条件。方法以齐墩果酸和熊果酸转移率为指标,优化女贞子粗提液水沉-醇溶碱沉-酸水沉淀纯化工艺条件。结果优选纯化工艺为:水沉,药材提取浓缩液加7倍量水;醇溶,加6倍量95%乙醇;碱沉适宜pH 10;酸水沉适宜pH 2。齐墩果酸转移率可达78.19%,熊果酸转移率可达72.52%。结论优选的女贞子水沉-醇溶碱沉-酸水沉淀工艺纯化效果良好,可用于工业化生产。Objective To optimize the purification procedure of Ligustri lucidifructus. Methods With the transfer rate of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid as index, the purification technology including water sedimentation, alcohol dissolution and alkali sink, and acid precipitation was optimized. Results The optimal purification condition was as follows: water sedimentation was performed by adding seven times of water into concentrated extract of medicinal material; alcohol dissolution was performed by adding six times of 95 % alcohol; pH was adjusted to l0 and 2 in alkali sink and acid precipitation, respectively. The transfer rate of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid reached 78.19 % and 72.52 %, respectively. Conclusion Good effects can be made by the optimized process of "water sedimentation-alcohol dissolution and alkali sink-acid precipitation" in the industrial production.
