摘　　要：临床上丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)非结构蛋白5A(NS5A)抑制剂联合聚乙二醇-干扰素/利巴韦林的治疗方案具有较高的持续病毒学应答获得率和耐受性,同时NS5A抑制剂的研究极大地推动了HCV治疗中不依赖干扰素治疗方案的发展。本文综述NS5A抑制剂的特性及其临床研究进展。The therapeutic regimen of nonstructural protein 5A （NS5A） inhibitors combined with peg-interferon/ ribavirin has achieved clinically high sustained virologic response （SVR） rates and high tolerability. Meanwhile, the research of NS5A inhibitors greatly promote the development of interferon-free regimens. This review summarizes the characteristics and clinical progresses of NS5A inhibitors.
