关东丁香叶提取物降糖作用机理初步研究

摘　　要：目的研究关东丁香叶提取物对链脲佐霉素诱导的Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用。方法采用链脲佐菌素法诱导建立Ⅰ型糖尿病动物模型,利用生物化学、放免分析、组织学、免疫组化等方法,观察关东丁香叶总黄酮提取物、总环烯醚萜提取物和水提物对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用。结果关东丁香叶水提取物能显著降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖值,增加血清胰岛素浓度;总黄酮和总环烯醚萜提取物可促进胰岛素分泌,抑制胰高血糖素分泌。结论关东丁香叶提取物对糖尿病大鼠有降糖作用。Objective To explore the hypoglycemic effect of Syringa veutina Kom leaves extract in the treatment of rats with Streptozotocin - induced type 1 diabetes mellitus. Methods Rat model of type 1 diabetes mellitus was established by STZ induction. Biochemistry, radioimmunity analysis, histology and immunohistocbemical method were used to observe the hypoglyeemic effect of a- queous total flavonoids extracts of Syringa veutina Kom leaves and total cyclic ether aqueous extracts on diabetic rats. Results Aque- ous extracts of Syringa veutina Kom leaves were able to significantly reduce fasting blood glucose of diabetic rats and increase serum in- sulin concentration. Total flavonoids and total cyclic olefin extract can promote insulin secretion and inhibit glucagon secretion. Con- clusion Syringa veutina Kom leaves extract has hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats.
