电动取皮联合应用术尔泰在取皮创面的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨电动取皮联合应用术尔泰与滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布对取皮创面愈合程度的影响。方法对40例年龄在20~55岁之间行取皮术的病人分为两组,分别采用电动取皮联合应用术尔泰与滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布的方法处理取皮创面,并进行统计学分析,对比两组取皮创面的愈合时间、创面渗出数、创面渗出率。结果 电动取皮联合应用术尔泰组在取皮创面的愈合时间、创面渗出数、创面渗出率上均优于滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布组（P〈0.05）。结论 在移植自体皮片修复三度烧伤创面时,电动取皮联合应用术尔泰较传统的滚轴取皮刀取皮联合应用凡士林纱布能够缩短取皮创面的愈合时间,减少渗出数,降低渗出率。Objective To observe the healing of skin graft donor site by different methods, motor dermatome jointed with Shuer- tai and rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze. Method 40 cases of patients with the age range from 20 to 55 were divide in- to two groups. One group was treated with motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai and the other was treated with rolling axis blade com- bined with vaseline gauze. Statistics were analyzed, and healing time, numbers of burn surface exudation, rate of burn surface exuda- tion were compared. Results Motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai was superior to rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze in terms of healing time, numbers of burn surface exudation, rate of burn surface exudation （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion When third de- gree burn is repaired with autologous skin, compared with rolling axis blade combined with vaseline gauze, motor dermatome jointed with Shuertai possess the advantage of shorter healing time and less burn surface exudation.
