摘　　要：目的针对宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗围绝经期功血对内分泌激素的影响进行分析研究。方法随机选择2013年1月至2014年6月期间,在我院进行绝经期功能性子宫出血治疗的患者80例,作为本次研究的对象,所有患者实施宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗,对所有患者的临床治疗效果进行观察,对患者治疗前后血清内分泌激素指标的变化等进行分析。结果本次研究中功能性子宫出血患者的治疗中,治疗总有效率为97.50%。患者术前、术后的血清内分泌激素指标促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对功能性子宫出血患者的治疗,采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗,可以将患者的临床症状改善,有较好的临床治疗效果,且对患者产生的创伤小,术后患者可以快速的康复。宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术治疗对功能性子宫出血患者内分泌激素水平产生的影响较小,不会对患者的卵巢功能产生较大的影响,所以可以将其在临床治疗中,进行推广应用。Objective To study effects hysteroscopic endometrial cutting on endocrine hormones in treating menopause functional uterine bleeding. Methods 80 cases of patients received treatment of menopause functional uterine bleeding in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2013 were randomly selected as the research object. They all received the hysteroscopie endometria] cutting treatment. The patients＇ serum endocrine hormone indexes before and after treatment were collected and the clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the treatment of patients with functional uterine bleeding. There was no statistically significant differ- ence before and after the treatment in follicle -stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, prolactin （PRL）, estradiol （E2）, progesterone （P） and testosterone （T） levels （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopic endometrial electric resection in the treatment of menopause functional uterine bleeding can improve clinical symptoms and achieve better efficacy, with little effect on the patients＇ hormone levels and the ovarian function of patients, so its application can be promoted in the clinical treatment.
