摘  要:目的探讨在医学诊断学课程中开展双语教学的必要性和可行性。方法采用自行设计的问卷对诊断学课程教双语教学的学生进行调查,并针对相关临床专业知识的掌握情况、双语教学的具体教学形式、师资队伍和教材建设等相关问题进行分析。结果 (1)绝大多数学生(67.3%)认为开展诊断学双语教学是有必要的;(2)由于医学生的英文水平参差不齐,医学专业知识在课堂上的掌握情况差别也较大;(3)57.5%的学生主张采用英文原版加中文统编教材相结合的教材形式。结论医学诊断学双语教学根据学生的情况选择合适的教材和师资才能达到最佳效果。Objective To explore the necessity and feasibility of bilingual teaching in medical diagnostics. Methods By adop- ting the self- designed questionnaire to investigate students having bilingual diagnostics class. Analaysis was made in terms of students' mastery of the related clinical expertise, specific teaching methods, teaching staff and textbook construction and other rele- vant problems. Results ( 1 ) The vast majority of students (67.3%) admitted the necessity to carry out bilingual teaching of diag- nostics. (2) Due to the unevenness in medical students' English level, mastery of professional medical knowledge in the classroom was also different. (3) 57.5% of the students advocated adopting the combination of original English textbooks combined with unified compiled teaching materials in Chinese. Conclusion The best effect can be achieved in bilinggual Diagnositics teaching by selecting the appropriate teaching materials and teaching staff.
