摘　　要：目的了解南京市江宁秣陵社区老年人高血压患病情况的流行病学趋势,为防治高血压病提供可靠依据。方法采用整体调查原则,于2014年1月至2014年3月对65岁以上老年人进行血压测量及相关资料的搜集,采用描述性统计、卡方检验对不同性别、年龄、生活区与高血压并进行流行病学分析。结果南京市秣陵社区高血压患病率为57.59%,进一步对性别、年龄和生活区进行分层分析显示,高血压患病率成山生活区64.06%,其次为解溪57.84%,天景山、谭桥、新林分别为56.22%、56.02%、51.54%。新发现高血压病天景山42.05%,新林38.10%,谭桥、解溪、成山分别为34.74%、25.58%、22.83%。结论南京市江宁秣陵社区老年人高血压患病率仍较高,因此,须积极采取有效的干预措施加强社区高血压防治工作。Objective To know the epidenfiological trends of elderly patients with hypertension in Jiangning Mofing community of Nanjing, and provide data to support the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods Under the principle of general investi- gation, elderly patients over 65 years old were given blood pressure measurement, and relevant data were collected from January to March in 2014. Descriptive statistics and chi - square test were used for patients with high BP of different gender, age and living area, and epidemiological analysis was conducted. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension in Nanjing Moling community was 57.59% Further stratified analysis of gender, age and living area showed that, the prevalence rate of hypertension in Chengshan area was 64. 06% , followed by 57.84% in Jiexi, 56. 22% , 56. 02% , 51.54% in Tianjingshan Tanqiao, Xinlin respectively. New incidence of hypertension was discovered in Tianjingshan （42. 05% ） , Xinlin （38.10%） Tanqiao （34. 74% ） , Jiexi （25.58%） and Chengs- han （22. 83% ）. Conclusion This study showed that the prevalence of hypertension in the elderly is still relatively high. Therefore, effective intervention measures should be taken to strengthen the prevention and control of hypertension in community.
