区域竞合视角下民族地区旅游经济发展研究——以青海祁连山区域为例

摘　　要：在深入了解青海祁连山地区旅游资源竞争态势的基础上,从区域旅游竞合角度出发,分析了制约当前祁连山区域旅游竞合发展的现状,并针对区域旅游竞合发展中存在的资本投入、管理合作、统一规划和人才培养等问题,提出了以资本为纽带、拓宽合作领域、加深竞合关系、促进部门协调管理、打破区域人才壁垒、共建旅游人力资源开发机制等对策建议。Based on analyzing the tourism resources and competition of Qinghai Qilian Mountains district, From the perspective of regional tourism competition and cooperation, analyzing the situation and development of the Qilian Mountains district tourism competition cooperation, and to solve the problems about capital input, management cooperation, unified planning, personnel training, we made recommendations like： creating capital input, deepen management cooperation, widened cooperation field and unified planning and broken regional personnel training barriers, promote sector coordination management, build tourism human resources development strategy.
