摘  要:针对唐山某陶瓷厂的梭式窑素烧过程,对陶瓷梭式窑烧成曲线进行优化。利用机理分析和有限差分法建立了陶瓷坯体的非稳态数学模型,以燃气消耗的最小值为目标函数,以素烧工艺各阶段的升温速率范围和各阶段烧成时间范围作为约束条件,运用遗传算法优化了陶瓷坯体烧成曲线。优化结果表明了最佳烧成曲线在素烧过程中能够达到节能减耗的目的,并为提高陶瓷品质奠定了基础。In view of firing process of a shuttle kiln in Tangshan ceramics factory, to optimize the ceramic shuttlekiln firing curve. Mechanism analysis and The finite difference method are used to establish the transient mathematicalmodel of ceramic body firing. With the minimum value of gas consumption as objective function, the biscuit firingprocess in different stages of the heating rate in different stages of the scope and the range of firing time as constraintconditions,we used the genetic algorithm to optimize the ceramic body firing curve. Optimization results show that theoptimal firing curve in the biscuit firing process can achieve the purpose of saving energy and consumption reduction,and laid a solid foundation for improving the quality of ceramics.
