摘　　要：以河南省为研究区域,在分析河南省低碳生态城市建设概况的基础上,构建了河南省低碳生态城市综合水平评价指标体系,通过专家调查法赋予相关指标较为客观合理的权重,最后运用综合指标法对2013年河南省18地区低碳生态城市综合水平进行了评价,并根据评价结果对河南省各城市进行了三种类型的划分,同时理清了这三种类型所处的碳排放发展阶段,以期为河南省构建低碳生态城市提供依据。Taking Henan province as the study area and on the basis of the understanding of the situation of low-carbon ecological city construction in Henan province, the article establishes the index system of evaluating comprehensive level of the low carbon ecological city of Henan province. Through expert inw＇stigation method, the article gives a more objective and reasonable weights to related indexes. Finally, the article adopts comprehensive index method to evaluate the comprehensive level of low carbon ecological city in 18 areas of Henan province in 2013. In addition, according to the evaluation results from city to city in Henan province, the article divides the cities into three 1.ypes and clarifies the stage of carbon emission and development of the three types, which aim to provide the basis for establishing low-carbon ecological city in Henan province.
