层次分析法在山东省智慧城市(试点)比较分析中的应用

摘　　要：2013年1月29日,住房城乡建设部公布首批国家智慧城市试点名单,这说明,我国政府已开始逐渐关注并开始"智慧城市"的建设。而这首批试点城市的建设情况至关重要,关系到未来我国智慧城市的发展情况,对人类社会的影响不容小觑。运用层次分析法,针对山东省各智慧城市进行了比较分析,通过构建判断矩阵,进行一致性检验,确定指标体系中各指标的权重,进而得出了各城市的综合排名。On January 29, 2013, Ministry of Housing and Urban--Rural development announced the first batch of national pilot smart city list, which shows that the Chinese government has begun to pay attention to the ＂smart city＂ construction. The construction of this first batch of pilot cities is crucial for the future development of China＇s smart city and its impact on human society cannot be underestimated. This article uses the AHP to make comparative analysis for each smart city in Shandong province. Through the construction of judgment matrix and consistency check, the article determines the weight of each index in system, and then gets the comprehensive ranking of these cities.
