摘  要:针对电动轮矿用自卸车发动机和发电机轴系扭转振动的求解问题,首先,利用集总参数模型法建立了系统轴系扭转振动的动力学模型,分析激励力对轴系的影响,并获得系统振动的运动微分方程,方程体现了轴系系统结构参数、电磁参数与动态性能的关系。然后,采用多尺度法分析系统运动微分方程的多种共振条件,并求得一次近似解。理论分析、仿真计算和试验测试结果具有一致性,证明了扭转振动模型及分析计算的正确性和可靠性,对进一步研究减振降噪具有一定的指导意义。In view of solution of torsional vibration of engine-generator shaft system in the electric- wheel mining dump truck, first, the lumped parameter model method was applied to build the dynamic model of torsional vibration of the shaft system, and the influence of excitation force on the shaft system was analyzed. Thus the motion differential equations of the system were obtained, which expressed the relationship among structural parameters, electromagnetic parameters and dynamic performance of the shaft system. Furthermore, the multiple-scale method was applied to analyze the resonance conditions of the motion differential equations, and the linear approximate solution was achieved. Theoretical analysis, simulation results and test results had coincidence, which verified the correctness and reliability of the torsional vibration model and the calculation results. The research possessed some guidance for further study on vibration and noise reduction.
