摘　　要：天轮装置是矿井提升机的关键部件,其设计水平的高低直接影响着矿山的安全和生产效率。根据天轮装置的工作原理和结构特点,分别介绍了采用轴瓦结构和滚动轴承结构的天轮装置的各自特点,并阐述了润滑对天轮装置的重要性。The head pulley assembly is the key part of the multi-rope friction hoist, its design level has animportant impact on the safety and productivity of mine. According to the working principle and the structural features of the head pulley assembly, the characteristics of the head pulley assembly separately equipped with axle bush or rolling bearing were introduced, and the importance of lubrication to the head pulley assembly was elaborated.
