摘 要:介绍了球面止推轴承在破碎机中的工作原理,通过模拟试验显微观察确定了其磨损类型。基于经典的黏着磨损模型,建立了止推轴承边界润滑状态下求取磨损量的理论模型。由于滑动速度和接触力是影响磨损的重要影响因素,以GP300型圆锥破碎机为例,分析了破碎机中间盘运动规律,计算出其与上下盘相对滑动速度大小;通过理论推导分析了止推盘正装时接触应力大小的分布规律。将所求参数代入理论模型后,预测出了上下止推盘的磨损寿命,结果表明,利用该方法预测止推轴承寿命是可行的。The paper introduced the working principle of the spherical thrust bearing in the crusher, and determined its wear type via simulation and microscopic observation. Based on classic adhesive wear model, it established the theoretical model of solving wear loss in boundary lubrication condition of the thrust bearing. Since the sliding velocity and the contact force were the important factors affecting wear, the paper took GP300 cone crusher as the example to analyze motion laws of the middle disc of the crusher, and calculated the relative sliding velocity between the middle disc with upper disc and lower disc. Distribution laws of contact stress while the thrust disc was normally installed was analyzed via theoretical deduction. After the solved parameters being brought into the theoretical model, the wear life of the upper thrust disc and the lower thrust disc was predicted. The results showed the method was feasible on the life prediction of the thrust bearing.
