摘 要:在对某选煤厂煤泥浮选的尾煤进行筛分浮沉试验和矿物组成分析的基础上,通过正交试验确定了其中有机质的最佳浮选条件。在最佳条件下进行了分级浮选,探讨了粒度、灰分与浮选的关系,研究了粒度对浮选效果的影响。结果表明,混合煤泥中主要矿物为高岭石、方解石和石英等,-0.045 mm粒级含量达76.08%;在最佳浮选条件下,-0.125+0.075 mm粒级浮选效果最好,-0.045 mm粒级浮选效果最差;+0.045 mm的各粒级煤泥采用常规浮选工艺,可以得到较好的浮选效果。After sieving and float-and-sink test and ash composition analysis of railings from flotation of coal slime in a washery, the optimal flotation conditions for organics were determined through orthogonal experiment. And then, classified flotation was conducted in optimal conditions, and the relationship among granularity, ash content and flotation was discussed, the influence of granularity on flotation effects were studied. The results showed: the main mineral in the mixed coal slime was kaolinite, calcite and quartz etc, -0.045 mm particles accounted for 76.08%; in the optimal conditions, -0.125+0.075 mm particles had the best flotation effects, -0.045 mm particles had the poorest flotation effects; +0.045 mm particles had better flotation effects after applying conventional flotation process.
