摘 要:由于高频供电与高速旋转的影响,与传统电机相比高速电机设计面临更严峻的问题,如电磁场分析,转子应计算,转子动力学特性和驱动系统。本论文基于高速永磁外转子爪极电机进行研究,推导了电机外转子应力的理论解析表达式,并采用有限元方法对其进行了验证。高速转子的设计应满足其动力学特性要求,利用有限元方法分析了转子动力学特性并与不同转子结构进行了对比。此外,搭建了无位置传感器驱动系统仿真模型,并对高速永磁外转子电机进行实验研究,证实了驱动系统的可行性。In view of high frequency power and high speed rotation, many problems of high speed motor are more serious than conventional one, such as electromagnetic field, stress field, rotor-dynamics and drive system. Based on a claw pole motor with outer permanent magnetic rotor, the theoretic analysis of outer rotor stress at high speed is deduced, and the verification is achieved by finite element method. Because high speed rotor design should be investigated based on the dynamic properties analysis, the rotor dynamics and comparison results by finite element method are given and analyzed. In addition, a senseless drive system is simulated, and the experiment research of high-speed motor is carried out, the feasibility of the developed drive system has been verified by experimentation.
